"The Toadstool", which Nanna Ditzel designed 1962, was inspired by the tendency of children to climb over chairs and tables and knock them over. This playful observation resulted in the children’s Toadstool, which can be turned, wheeled and stacked. Although originally designed as children’s furniture, both the toadstool and the toadstool table have proved to be very useful for people of all ages.
