Delivery Policy
Free Click and Collect
We offer a free click-and-collect service from our store at 175 Bruntsfield Place, EH10 4DG, for in-stock items. Orders are typically ready for collection within 24 hours, and we’ll notify you via email as soon as your order is ready. You can pick up your items during our store opening hours: Monday to Saturday, 10am–5pm, and Sunday, 11am–4pm.
Mainland UK Delivery
We offer FREE standard delivery to mainland UK on all orders over £150.
For orders under £150, a standard delivery charge of £5 applies.
Delivery times vary depending on the product and courier. Smaller home accessories are typically delivered within 2–4 working days, while furniture and larger items may require a specialist delivery service and take longer. Where a product has an extended lead time, this will be stated on the product page or confirmed after your order has been placed.

Scottish Highlands, Islands & Other Remote UK Locations
Our free delivery offer applies to mainland UK addresses only.
Due to significantly higher courier costs, additional delivery charges may apply for deliveries to:
- Scottish Highlands
- Scottish Islands
- Northern Ireland
- Isle of Man
- Channel Islands
Remote postcode areas include (but are not limited to):
BT, HS, IV, KW, PA, PH, ZE, IM, JE and GY.
Where possible, any surcharge will be calculated at checkout. If this isn't available, we'll contact you before dispatch to confirm the additional delivery cost. If you choose not to proceed, we'll happily provide a full refund.
UK Next Day Delivery
We offer next day delivery services for those who need their orders sooner:
• Royal Mail Next Day Delivery: £10.00
• DHL Next Day Delivery: £10.00
Important Information:
• Orders must be placed before 10am to qualify for same-day dispatch on a next day delivery service. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
• Next day delivery services operate Tuesday to Friday. Orders placed on Fridays will not be delivered on Saturday unless specified.
• While we make every effort to ensure your items arrive on time, next day delivery is not a guaranteed service. Delivery may be delayed during busy periods, adverse weather conditions or courier disruptions.

Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are made-to-order, and lead times vary depending on the item. Once you place an order, we’ll confirm the delivery details, including an estimated delivery date.
When your product arrives with us, we will contact you to arrange delivery. For orders containing multiple items, we can wait until all items are in stock before delivering them to you, if preferred.

International Shipping
Our website currently accepts orders for UK delivery only.
If you're located outside the UK and are interested in one of our products, please contact hello@mynordicliving.co.uk and we'll be happy to provide a bespoke international shipping quotation where possible.
All Deliveries
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an initial confirmation email, followed by another email with dispatch details, including tracking information. If the delivery address is unattended, the courier may leave a notification card with their contact details, although this cannot be guaranteed.
If your parcel does not arrive and no card is left, please contact us, and we’ll assist in tracking your order.
Delivery Charges
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable for returned orders, and the cost of returns must be covered by the customer.
