Delivery Policy
Receiving Your Order
You can click and collect from our showroom in Edinburgh during opening hours; 10am – 5.00 pm (Monday to Saturday) or 11am – 4.00 pm (Sunday). All other orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours using standard delivery with a courier service. Delivery with an install service at extra cost (see below for more information).
Delivery Times
Most of our products are made-to-order, and therefore will have varying lead times. Once you’ve placed your order we will confirm the delivery details, including an estimated delivery date. Once your product arrives with us, we aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours. We offer a trackable service to all UK orders so you'll be able to keep you updated with your delivery. If you have ordered multiple items, we can wait until everything arrives at our store before we deliver it to you.
Costs
We aim to keep our delivery costs as low as possible, but our priority is to make sure the goods arrive with you safe and sound. The shipping cost for your order depends on the destination, as well as on the order value. Delivery and On-Site Installation
We can deliver goods with an on-site installation. Please let us know if this is required by contacting our customer service team at hello@mynordicliving.co.uk.
*On-site installation is unavailable to customers outside of the UK and is not valid on any electrical products.
International Shipping
Our website currently ships to the UK only. However, we are able to deliver internationally. If you see something you like and you live outside of the UK, please contact our customer service team at hello@mynordicliving.co.uk.
